I am on my 7th set of catalytic converters for my 2003 Sedona and KIA keeps making me pay for the labor over and over. I have had the fuel pump replaced and all the ignition coils replaced and it's still not right. Can't get KIA customer "service" to do anything. Is there anything I can do? Any recourse against KIA I can take?

Re: On my 7th(!) set of cats, help!
wow, I feel for you. Is it both cats or just one? If you want Kia to continue working on it, have someone pull the Short Term & Long Term fuel trim numbers. If it's around -10% or more, you have a definite problem with it running to rich and that will kill cats every time. I have never had to replace a cat more than once in my life while working on vehicles professionally.
