no spark to spark plugs

Where are the DIS module and crank sensor. Are 3,6 is this the ignition coil?

Huh? "Classic Pontiac"? Wanna be more specific? Car? Engine? Classic Pontiacs don't HAVE "DIS". They have "points"... (:-Jim

I can say the ignition "module" is down in front of the engine, in a particularly inconvenient spot. Not sure what you mean by the "3,6" thing. Sorry. Classic Pontiacs are my "thing" (GTOs and TransAms from the '60s and '70s, as well as the "darksiders", full-size). Jim
