1993 jeep grand cherokee limited 6 cyl manifold glowing red PLEASE HELP

I just recently started having a couple problems wit my jeep the main problem i am having now is after i start it and it runs for about 30 seconds the exhaust manifold heats up to almost an orange color i have changed the distributer cap, the distributor, the rotor, temp sensor, throttle body, throttle position sensor, the exhaust manifold, the intake, spark plugs, timing chain, water pump and the catalytic convertor, the catalytic convertor was what i thought the problem was but still asnt helped i have no more ideas except to take it to the junk yard but am hoping to try and find some help here please help and thanks in advance

1) Even though the cats were replaced, check the exhaust for flow.
2) Do a compression Test on each cylinder.
3) Also consider a smoke test for unmeter air leaks, it might be running too lean.

Look for vacuum leaks.

You describe a classic symptom of late valve timing. The timing chain may be installed incorrectly.

With the timing chain i lined up the dots on the gears the #1 cylinder was up and the rotor was on 1

was the roter butten pointing at number 1 in the cap or are you saying it's pointing to number one plug on the outside?

the rotor was pointing to 1 on the cap

check your catalytic converter, make sure it's not clogged. You very well could have a restricted exhaust.
