Studio 27 Chrome decals and top coats...
I'm doing the G'Zox Super GT Z that has chrome foil decals (not bare metal foil) and I'm curious about top coating it. I know other foil decals from tamiya (Raybrig '05 NSX) were NOT to be top coated. Anyone that's built this version know? Nothing is said in the instructions...
Thanks! Daniel |

Re: Studio 27 Chrome decals and top coats...
I didn't use it when i built the gzox as i was scared to ruin the decals. I would buy a spare studio 27 chrome decal and try it out. I would imagine it might change the effect though.

Thanks, Mid. The problem is that there are decals that go over the chrome parts. Hmm. If I remember correctly, the main thing not to do with the NSX decals was setting solution. I'll sleep on it and see...
