highbeams not working... 2003 sunfire

hey... i tried using the highbeams on my sunfire the other night and they would not function. I checked the bulbs they are good, so then i looked at all the fuses and they are all good and function properly. i replaced the main switch that operates the lights as i was told this was an issue on some of these cars. I was just wondering what else generally goes on these vechicles when the highbeam are not working... thank you

my 97 cavalier has the same problem, i replaced the light switch assembly already also. let me know if you find anything, thanx.
