Highbeams not working on 2001 Dodge Stratus R/T

Hello to all,
I have hit a little snag. I am wondering if anyone can tell me possibly what might be wrong with my highbeams on a 2001 Dodge Stratus R/T. The low beams work. The fuse is good. I have replaced the switch inside the car to turn the lights on and off and that was good. I am not sure if it is a ground somewhere. But all the lights besides the highbeams are working including the fog lights. Also the car is indicating inside the highbeams are on but they will not come on. Is there perhaps a ground somewhere I am not seeing or a component or even a Relay located somewhere I am overlooking. And if so where would this component or ground be located. I have also bypassed the fuse and main relay in the fuse box located under the hood to see if the highbeams will turn on and they do. In addition I have checked for power up to the fuses and have power but something in the middle is not allowing it to turn on and I am really needing help figuring out what it is.
