Coolant tube - torque converter

'95 1.3 4l. Swift automatic transmission. Hi, i am overhauling the engine, partsdinosaur cheapest parts!, so i came with two problems, 1) my coolant tube is rusted out at the water pump side, does anyone know were i could find it. 2) as i have my engine out, decided to replace the torque converter seal, but my doubt is i drained the torque converter and i have taken out several out before but this one feels like its all loose inside, but it was working fine before taken out. Should i replace it?
