Passenger side window wont go up, 2007

When you use either the driver side switch or passenger side switch nothing happens at all. no sounds, nothing. it went down normally, now it just wont go back up. We got the small panel section off the door and tied lifting it but again nothing happened. any thoughts here are appreciated. thanks Watz528
