Several models to date ChristopheB

Hello everybody,

I am a newbie. I have been learning a lot on this forum since I came back to the hobby two years ago. I am still learning and would like to share with you some of my work to date.

Here is my first plastic model: Revell 70 Mustang Boss 429 1/24. Built OOB just added tire markings (Shabo).

The second one is Renault 5 Turbo Rally Tamiya 1/24. I am from France and I have been in Florida for 3 years now. I guess after building a muscle car I needed a french car. Built OOB just lowered the car because it was really sitting too high.

And then I wanted to build another american icon for us frenchies: a nascar. It is a Monogram Ford Thunderbird Nascar 1/24. I liked the "Batman" theme. Built OOB + wiring on engine.

And finally, last in date is my favorite american car: a Mustang. My wife allowed my american dream to come true by bying a 1/1 Mustang V6 convertible. The model is a Revell Mustang '07 GT Hertz 1/25. Added wiring and pegasus rims.

It is not perfect, as I said I am still learning but I hope you like it.

Comments and critics are welcome.

Very nice.

And yes, we love work in progress threads here so the next time you start a kit, take a few photos and post them up.

Bonjour la Belgique!

The MK1 Golf that you can see as my avatar is a bit off topic here since I made it from a 1/18 diecast Solido.

Here are couple of pictures though because I have some pictures of the work in progress:

Original on the left, my work on the right.

Some pictures of the WIP:

Hope you like it too.

Thanks for all comments.

I will try to show you some work in progress threads but I am a slow excited builder: I may have at least 5 models started at the same time and I jump from one to the other as I make progress which leads to slow progression overall...

That is not a problem.
Well, actually, I think it is a problem... and one that many of us here share.

I have more than 10 that have been started sitting around me.
