2003 sebring lxi wont start

I have a 2003 sebring convertable 2.7 Mystery p0340. I have replaced cam and crank sensors. several from aftermarket then the current sensors are from chrysler. removed and replaced all 3 timing chains, ( because previous work was performed on cylinder heads at another garage ) all chains are alligned. I have checked sensor grounds, referance voltage and continuity. Still no start with cam sensor connected, it will start and run with sensor disconnected, but shuts out at 3000 rpm. any help will be greatly appreciated.
