3.2l rodeo chatters!!!

i have a 95-96 izuzu rodeo 3.2l, the motor chaters pretty normally but all of a sudden it got way worse and now its moreso on the left side(when facing the motor from the front), what kind of ideas can u think this woud be caused by

search for lifter ticking chatter

typically they are dirty. if you go more than 3k on oil changes the chatter will happen more often.

a 1/2 can of sea foam in your oil for 10 miles and then change the oil may help to clean the lifters up some.

it is just annoying and isn't causing any damage ...
