Leaking windshield
My windshield is leaking on my 1998 Venture. Water comes in at the overhead council during heavy rain. Anyone have any advice on how to seal it? Does that black hard rubber or plastic trim surrounding the windshield come off easily? And if you do get it off is there a good way to seal it? Or should I call one of those auto glass companies and let them come to my house and fix it for a hundred bucks or so?

Re: Leaking windshield
Yea, this has happened to me a few times too. Not sure, but it seems that after I wax the car I don't have the problem for a while.
I'm going to be watching to see what solutions this question turns up.

Re: Leaking windshield
The black trim should come off, you could pull it and recaulk the windshield in that area IIRC.
