Ok when I purchased my Alero from a small family the only problem with the car was the fact the she slid into some kind of pole in the winter. The right rear door is pretty ugly, but everything functions.
I planned to replace it, and consequently took a trip to the local auto salvage. The dude brought me to a Grand Am. Automatic locks and window, and it was white. Perfect. Well, except for one thing: Is the outter molding on Grand Ams removable? I heard it is but the only problem is that it has two small holes holding the molding to the door. Is this true? Any solutions? :\ |

Re: 2002 Alero door question: Grand Am doors?
What year Grand AM? Later model GAs share the same door with the Alero and do not have the plastic body armor but obviously the interior part is different.

Re: 2002 Alero door question: Grand Am doors?
I obviously own an 02 Alero, but I have no clue what year the grand am is. I know it has the outside "armour" though. But my real question is if i take that outside cover off, will there be mounting holes? Or possibly clips?
