95 GM starting prob
Could an IAC valve be the cause of my 95 taking long time to start after sitting for a while (2hrs-overnite) or maybe fuel pump? Does fuel pump go out immidiatly or gradually?

Re: 95 GM starting prob
Both could be the culprit, among many other things.
A fuel pump can go out gradually or suddenly. I've never experienced fuel pump problems, so I can't say first hand what the symptoms are.

Re: 95 GM starting prob
Try to turn the key to the "on" p[ositions 3 or 4 times to see if it starts easier. If it does, it is a fuel related issue. Either a fuel pump getting weak, or possibly a restricted fuel filter.

Re: 95 GM starting prob
Thanks for the reply. Yeah, the fuel filter's pretty new, so it's probably the pump gettin weak. Also, the idle speed fluctuates up and down quite a bit.
