Thank God tonight is the last night!!!!

Well tonight is the end of my semester. I finished my final project for my design class.............at 2:30 this morning and had to be into work at 8. I think the lack of sleep, crappy eating, lack of visits to gym, and stress of mother's upcoming wedding, buying the house, paying off the last of my debts, etc etc has finally caught up to me.

For the last few days my stomach has been upset, kinda that inbetween painful and puky feeling....sorry to get gross Then this morning when I got up to shower I looked in the mirror...I had black eyes! I have never been this worn, and I can't even begin to explain how crappy I feel. I actually had to go ask my supervisor if she had any stomach medicine in her "drugstore stash".

Monday night my teacher said everything was due at 10:00 pm, the end of the class period...so I am hoping since I have my project done and mounted, that I will get out early. If so, then I am headed straight to bed when I get home.

Congrats on finishing your course,Kat,taking on additional education while trying to hold down a full-time job is a huge drain, but it will pay dividends in the future.Treat yourself to what is refered to in this part of the world as a 'sickie' tommorrow, your boss should be able to afford to pay you for a day's rest if you come back feeling more refreshed.

Thanks, Naki Sickie...I assume that means take a sick day from work? I'd love to but unfortunately she is leaving for 2 weeks tomorrow and when she's gone I can't be gone. Its all good though, I think after a few days of rest and getting my arse back into my gym routine things will be better. I just hope I didnt work myself into an ulcer or that I am having galbladder problems...havent had either before and now is NOT a good time to start.

Grimmy - I have been going to Glendale COmmunity College. The teacher I have though teaches on a university level, and on top of our deisgn projects she also has been having us write papers on key graphic designers. I feel like I have written more reports in a few months than most students even write during their entire time in college.

You are an absolute champion, Kat! You are a really strong person to be attempting what you are doing. I strongly reccomend getting back into the gym - I feel like crap if I don't go minimum twice a week. Then methinks you should spend a couple of nights curled up in front of a fireplace with your favourite book then organise to go out for a dinner/night out with all you closest friends. Hope all goes well

Oz

PS-I have enough trouble with working 2 days a week and full time uni 5 days a week
