This is the kind of case that truely tries at the anti-capital punishment crowd. I on the other hand, truely believe that not only should (after the gilty verdict) this asshole be put to death, but it should be as painfull as possible. AND I think they should have anyone who will be released from prison or parolled in the next six months, have to sit there and watch it. Let them hear that fucker scream in agony to his death. Let those other guys know thats what awaits them if they fuck up once they are out. Now - thats a deterent (aside from detering the dead guy)

I've got a better idea. Put him on one of the stretching devices, like the one in Braveheart. But include something that will stretch his wang as well as his body. I for one am and have always been pro-capital punishment. I strongly believe in an eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth. Texas is number one in capital punishment and I'm damn proud to say it too. I know I'll probably take some heat from a few, but oh well, bring it if you want.

This is part of the reason I do not follow ANY religion , because explain how god forgot about this one. I think they should do something useful with this kid. Killing someone doesn't help, and there are worse things than death.

I think he should be put in some camp where he has to do work for nothing but food, shelter and one convenience. This work will in turn help the state run more efficiently and save tax payers dollars. The only problem I see in this is finding the work for him to do. Cutting firewood? Making bricks for buildings? Shit jobs that nobody does. Make use of him and other horrible people instead of killing them.

Maybe even sell them to the fox network and put them on an island to kill eachother, or see what kind of civilization occurs.
