300zx fuel question
just wondering, but since the 300zx requires premium fuel, what would happen if someone were to use regular fuel? what engine problems, etc...?
thanks |

it SHOULD retard the timing and you will lose horsepower, thats the best possible situation, it could also knock, stutter and call you a cheap ass. It is far cheaper to run the car on the fuel it was made for then to try to force it to do otherwise, sorry dude

Yeah the only time that should occur would be if you ran out of gas and that was all that was available. I even try to put nothing under 93 octane in my tank.
