Some questions for my P10 G20t

Hey, i'm new to the community, but i am looking to find some answers out from your more experienced G20 owners on how and what to do to mod up my '95 G20. My main question is what is the best combination of light upgrades for my car. I was thinking jwt pop charger, CAI, exaust from Greddy, and maybe pulleys. Any comments? keep in mind i'm on a tight budget...but i also only go for the best. I'm thinkin spending about 1000-1500 of this project at least at the moment. Any responses are greatly appreciated.
