Let me add that the test has some misleading questions. For instance

Those with the ability to pay should have the right to higher standards of medical care and education.

What do they mean a "right to". Instead of "right" it should be access to. No action that another person performs (ie their job) is someone elses right.

There are many other examples, but the whole phrasing of the questions seems poorly thought out.

As expected, I am going to be more to the right

I answered that as a "Strongly Disagree" Just because I have more money than John Doe , does not give me the RIGHT to seek medical attention while he dies in the gutter because he has no job.....I beleive that we all should have the SAME standards of medical benifits and education... If only the people that could pay for it got medical attention and education , the "Haves" would rise ever higher and the "Have nots" would sink ever lower...Of course I think that is what some people may be trying to accomplish , the war on poverty is working , the poor people are losing...

And that is wrong. Neith you or John Doe has any RIGHT to medical attention. Someone has to do the work and provide the service of the doctor and the pharmacy. Are you saying they should not be compensated for their efforts? Do you work for your boss for free because he gives away what you do (whatever that might be). I volunteer my time for certain charities around her to help those who need it. That is my choice. They don't have a right to get it nor do I have an obligation to give it.

It is a misconception that we are all created equal. We should be given and equal chance, but we are hardly created equal. People should not be pushed out of the framework to improve themselves or their lot in life. Education is the most abused feature in this country. For twelve years a student and their family has to pay ZERO dollars (outside whatever the tax rate everyone is paying) for an education. Its a shame how children mistreat that time becaue their parents don't give a damn.

I do get pissed off seeing a person I went to school with who I know slacked off, skipped classes and generally blew off whatever the teachers wanted now stand around saying how unfair everything is because he doesn't have much.
