Post what should i pay

I'm looking at getting a Mini Copper S with the works option (its a dealer option listed at 4500) The only other option i want is traction control...It pretty much comes standerd with the S, so i'm looking at one of the lot, in chicago...most are MSRP @ 23,000. So with my 4500 option how much am i looking at for a out the door price.
