1989 Z24 3.4 DOHC swap.

I have a 1989 Cavalier Z24 with the 2.8 MPFI, and automatic transmission, and I would like to swap to the Z34 3.4 DOHC engine, I would like to have a manual, but automatic would do... Possible?
