engine swap from a 93 3.4 dohc to a 96 3100 sfi engine

Hi I am having probloms getting my 93 cutlass supreme to start.Over the summer I did an engine swap.I swapped out the siezed 3.4 dohc with a 3100 sfi engine.I transfered the pcm wire harness fuel lines. the engine came from a 96 cutlass supreme that was involved in a front collision. The engine will crank but it isnt recieving fuel.I no for a fact that the fuel pump turns on for 3 seconds then shuts off.The pcm gets power becuse it will try to start on starting fluid. would I have to replace the dash harness from the other car to make it run.

Yes I bet you have forgot a few things .

Not only the wire harness the ECU/PCM, EBCM, Pretty much the whole harness from the 96 3.1 and all the components that connect to the engine management systems.
Then you will most likly need a GM Tech II scan tool to get it set up and running.

So doubt it is getting proper spark or fuel.

So basicly i have to rewire it and hook up all the moduals. I have the pcm for that engine hooked up. The power door locks dont work either.they worked when the other engine was in it. becuase i have everything from the 96 cutlass.My Uncle is a mechcanic and he said to get a key made for the theft deterent modual.The dealer said i had to either flash program it or it would haver to be towed to the dealer to reprogram it.
