..got some cf wheels!! ...

...for my bicycle hehe...I ride this thing more than my car..so I tend to mod it more than my car..haha... they're 8 spoke carbon fiber Spinergy Rev X's.... gotta get tires and still waiting on my cassette adapter in the rear...






the spokes are like paper thin..pretty cool..I'm almost scared to ride on em

Back when I first started seeing peeps riding on those someone told me they are $300 per rim

I still gotta get a new wheelset for my bike cause im converting it to disk brakes.

hehe...stay away! its only locked up outside for short periods of time anyway so you'll never find it.


they werent too expensive, these are pretty old I think judging by the thraeaded hub for a freewheel cassette (which is gonna mess me up b/c I was planning on using a shimano cassette adapter, now I have no idea how to make it work )...I only paid like $225 for both... they were probably like $800 new though..

Less than the Speed of Light

I'll bet you'll notice a big difference. The rolling weight is the most critical. Try to stay below light-speed. Your mass will increase to infinity, and then your tires will pop.

Those wheels Kick ass dude, I owned the Spins and the spinergy on my mountain bikes, and the spinergy's are by far the better ones.

However since I went to Downhill I build myself a Nice set of bulletproof wheels Mavic 121 SUP Ceramic, with DT spokes, brass DT nips, and a Shimano Deore XT hub. I have yet to true em... it's been 3 years.
