well, i havent done any cel shades, but i think you gott add in more highlights, and definitely more detail in the lights. And dont treat the hood as a seperate area when you fill in the color, you should have highlights going across the hood onto the front of the car.

definite add more detail, and try to make the color transfers a little more smooth, like the dark blue to the really light blue, there are a couple different shades that it goes through there. Just try and add more detail. Hell you should see the detail going into this rx7, im not anywhere close, just got the front wheel and half the front bumper done.

Looks good , but you need to choose a picture with much more reflections ... that way you can trace more lines to show depth.

colour graduation, colour graduation. areas such as the hood should not be a flat colour. i dont know if it can be done with the program you have, but it is what i would have done.
