Great looking model!!
Tips for future photographs: 1) Use a smaller aperture size, therefor a higher number (16-24) to get a picture that has everything in focus. 2) Shutter speed is dependent on the amount of light in the area you are photographing. If you know how to operate your light meter, just adjust the shutter speed accordingly .Again, great work on the car. |

Haha, why not? Perhaps a scout would locate you on being a hand model! You could do Tag Heuer ads.

Something else I forgot to mention, primarily because the pics that showed it were crap!
The headlights work! :flash: I thought they'd be kinda cheesy-looking, and had actually considered just gluing them shut, but they really look good! I have to take the body off the chassis to line them up right, but it's a cool feature, and it's worth it.

What?! Glue shut the pop-up lights? That's one of the NSX trademarks which will be sorely missed with the facelift...

Nice work, man. The car did come out very nicely. I too echo the comments about the photographing difficulties.
I am bummed because I took 36 exposures of my recent "new engine" project, and only about a third of them came out even decently. Another third came out very dark with very little light contrasting :zx11pisse , and the final third (the actual pictures of swapping the old engine out and the new engine in) didn't come out at all I may break down soon and get a digital camera. Kind of rewarding to know right away if your picture came out nicely or not. |

![]() Wow, Jay! That looks great. Too bad the photos didn't come out great. The paint job is top-notch, much better than my ITR's. Which I'll be posting pictures of saturday or sunday. For picture tips on models go grab your October 2001 Scale Auto Enthusiast. Go to the "Starting Line" by Terry Thompson article. It's on page 4. It's got some great tips. For those who don't have it, here is what it says (paraphrased!): Quote:

Hey pkw1 that prelude is that yours. If it is your who makes that chin spoiler looks great!! The side skirts look like the Honda ones am I right? If you could let me know about that front spoiler that would be great. Was just about to order the whole Honda kit but front spoiler is a little boring.
