Little update pics.
one case of painting SAS seat. used ZETA II.

*opened belt holes and primed.

*painted back black.

*applied c/f look paint by mesh-through method.
then clear coat and polished.

*masked.

*applied primer again, painted flat red and done.

Ok we seriously need some kind of tutorial on spraying Carbon fibre because those seats look amazing; far, far better than any of the decals I've seen.

How the hell do you get the mesh to adhere to the seats? Do you spray different sections at a time? I use the mesh I got with my Tamiya Enzo and it just won't lie down. There's always overspray and it just never looks uniform enough.

Please help

Yeah I was thinking the same, when I used mesh the pattern wasn't very clear as paint escaped around the side of the mesh and it was difficult to shape, so I resorted to expensive carbon decals. The pattern of the decals is sometimes too clear, some carbonfibre (especially in the 80s) didn't have such a clear pattern.

Here're update pics.
assembled interior used Studio27's seat belt.
I didn't use seat rails 'cause couldn't secure head clearance.
