Re: The Infamous Probe-Urban

are you about ready to give in and admit that you're whole story was a pack of horse shit, or are you going to try and keep running with it?

there's so much in this thread that you could use to fabricate an even better story, and you haven't done it.

just give in. you're done.

nobody is gonna take anything you say seriously anyways, so just give it up.

per the notes on Speed channel's coverage... these cars are fully custom built with a "silhouette" of the car they're based on.

hardly a probe that's been simply converted to RWD, huh?

i know what you're saying and agree, and i think you agree on what i'm saying. this kid DIDN'T do it.
I'm strictly playing devil's advocate here, and do not believe the story, and won't until I see pics. We are on the same side of the battle as to the existance of this particular Proburban.

The way I am approaching this story is that there is enough that is totally wrong with this story and is technically incorrect that even with the benefit of the doubt that something that might be possible was done, there is plenty to disprove the story without seeing detailed pics of the car. I've worked on a few GT3 cars before and anything that is marginally competitive is custom built from the ground up with only physical dimensions of the exterior that resemble a stock vehicle.

Re: The Infamous Probe-Urban

I know how to settle this bullshit once and for all. Drifter S*E*, I just read your profile and it says you work at a food lion in VIRGINIA BEACH, VA. It just so happens that I live in Va beach as well. Tell me what food lion you work at, drive the probe with the suburban motor to work, and I'll come meet you at work with my digi cam. That way if you are telling the truth then people will be able to see that your not lying.... Give me a time and place and I'll be there

but he hasn't been on the board for almost 8 days now... so...

hehe yeah I didn't bother reading the whole thread. just the first couple pages....

But yeah, I can still get the pics from him and then scan them. That would work too...
