If you'll read some of hte other articles in that section, you'll find that he was, indeed, killed by one of Saddam's faithful. His info must have been credible to the killers.

Coming up with a WMD now would be pointless.......After this much time , one could have been planted anywhere in Iraq with relative ease. Which tells me Bush and crew dropped the ball somewhere (aside from the obvious) They either didn't THINK that far ahead , or were so stupid as to actually beleive their own lies and think they might find such a device.......

Why are people still going on about this...its done...lets hope the Iraqi people and the US can work together to build up Iraq into the great country it once was, and the centre for Islam(at least for the Shia's) and Arabic culture it once was.

As for thr WMD...my guess it is hidden somewhere....possibly Syria, although going to war with Syria is retarded, because the people have been brianwashed, much like N.Korea to love the Assad family, unlike Iraq, where there was hatred among people for Saddam.

Who's "information" can you trust? I believe little of what I see on CNN after they admitted to downplaying Saddam's attrocities over the years. The NY Times has just lost alot of credibility after the bogus report scandal, and the fact that any lunatic that can type can create his own website and make all sorts of delusional rants completely rules out most any web-source...
Thinking for yourself and looking at all sides is a little more complex and sometimes goes against your own personal biases, but it gives you a more solid foundation of opinion...
