I really like the seatcovers they made for it. But you should DO WHAT YOU WANT. I'm understanding, tho, that you want us to tell you what you want...after you repaint it, I'd put a bra back on the front. And keep the interior. Maybe detail paint the wooded stuff abit.

I really like the idea of a hippie van with a camping diorama :-)
Please do not pimp it...it just doesn't look good on a VW bus.

Making the windows shouldn't be so hard as they are all plain (well, all the side glass at least). You could even replace the rearmost (side) windows with sheet styrene and put one of those round or heart shaped windows in, the ones popular in the 80's. This would give a nice impression that the base van was a Transporter, and not the expensive Westfalia Vanagon.

I have a set of Westfalia decals (gold) that I would be happy to donate.

Cheers from Germany
Sebastian

I wasn't planning on pimpin it out....the lowrider theme wouldn't look good on it...lol
I am keeping the wheels though...they look good on the van as semi stock replacements...(I will post pics of the originals for comparison)

You said you would donate Westfalia decals?...WOW....are they rare?...lmao
If you have any pics, could you post them up please?.....thanks

You're awsome, man.....opcorn:

Why not an off-road 4x4 with huge wheels.

Good luck,

I like the hippie flower child idea. A psychadelic paint job with a complete red shag carpet interior, a round bed, keep a cabinet if it fits and a disco ball. Go with the heart shaped window in back but maybe use a red plastic or put a red tint on it. FLOWER POWER!!!
