saturntangerine,

The really bad thing awaiting you is once you get up in years ( such as myself ), it will haunt you even more. Years of motocross has damaged on of my knees to the point of no repair without a major surgerty. The other took a round by a rather unwelcomed passing car full of youths some years ago and has never been right. That one blew my knee cap out pretty bad.
Every morning when I get up the first 15 - 30 mins are pure hell and I am only mid way through my 30's. Not to mention the two screws holding my left ankle together thanks in part to a fall in the first corner of a qualifier for a National Motocross event back in 86.

Age sux

i cant crack anything......
but i would like to, because when i do crack a knuckle or something by mistake, it makes them feel all loose and fresh

also, is it actually good to 'crack' your bones? health wise i mean.

Well I can crack most joints on my body. But regularly, my back and neck are the culprits. It's a nice release

I do the same as Yogs, crack my knuckles and neck every so often. Don't really care if it bothers anyone.

There is absolutely nothing that relates the cracking of joints to arthritis or any other related diseases. It's either the moving of a tendon over the bone or a mere release of air that has built up around the joint. Basically, if you ever wanted to, you have an excuse to do so now!

I crack my knuckles often for no reason and my back and toes about once every two weeks. I never crack my neck. My brother does it often.

strange to see this topic, I was just thinking about it. I can crack every joint in my body. you name it I can do it after a nights rest. I could probably go into the guinesss book of world records. I once got up and poped all three joints of all ten fingers(at least once) then each wrist, elbow, and shoulder. Then all my neck vertabre, my jaw, ears, and almost every vertabre in my spine(had only 27 pops of the 30 odd vertabre). Then both hips, knees, ankles, and all my toes.

I also have some "infinite pop" joints where I can keep cracking the same joint indefinitly. My left wrist and the base joints of both my pinkie fingers.

I can also bend my little finger back onto my hand, that really freaks out people too along with making my feet swivel out to be 270 degrees apart

My ankles are infinite poppers, if I tilt my foot far enough it'll pop
