Re: Yamaha V-max - Aoshima 1/12

One of the ways to solve the 'gap' problem would be to consult the original Yamaha service manual and get reliable information about the bike from there. It will also provide lots of wiring and detailing information.

Every time I need such a manual I check this page: http://blackbears.ru/index_en.php?get=manual

It seems they also have the one you need.

Wow! What a valuable information! Thank you very much.

Do you know any site with Harley-Davidson Fatboy's service manual?

Re: Yamaha V-max - Aoshima 1/12

I'd try some HD fan sites. They are usually more than happy to share information.

You might also want to try looking here:

http://pdfdatabase.com/

You can find surprisingly many useful brochures and manuals here.

Cheers.

Re: Yamaha V-max - Aoshima 1/12

When looking for photos V-max on net have found something like this

AWFUL!!

Some progress. Second half of the frame has been cleared

To improve the mounting frame I invent something like that

this is so much easier

Re: Yamaha V-max - Aoshima 1/12

Nice start on your Max! Just for something interesting take a look at this streetfighter website. It has Vmax fighters down lower on the page. http://www.streetfighters.nl/yam/yamaha.htm

Re: Yamaha V-max - Aoshima 1/12

That radiator assembly looks well detailed, are those mesh intakes from the kit? Looks sweet to be Aoshima...
Good job so far! I hope you'll do a great job filling up the space above the engine.

Re: Yamaha V-max - Aoshima 1/12

The mesh is not from Aoshima kit but from HobbyDesign photoetched set.

Do you know where the V-max has a fuel tank?

Not here

Only here

I try to do that

and patch that hole

Now I try to do this element

Re: Yamaha V-max - Aoshima 1/12

Dzięki Steven!

The fuel tank will further fuel lines and fuel filter

It will be a few wires. In the meantime holes

In addition, replacement of bolts on the metal
