Well ive learned my lesson here. The Man failed to show up in court so i got off without laying out a dime, but this is the last time ill street race off a track or over the speed limit. Steve (the WRX guy) had his day last Fri and had to pay.

about the 94 WRX STi, its a station wagon. it isnt quite 100% STi, or even 50% STi, just the engine. i bought the STi engine from James Bailey, who had imported an STi in 98 (converted to LHD). he subsequently wrecked it and parted it out. i bought the engine minus the turbo in 2002, as I had a 94 Impreza wagon in need of an engine. beyond the engine, the transmission, clutch and half the interior needed replaced on my wagon. currently it is not turbocharged, and i dont plan on turbocharging it. the engine works but is not installed in the vehicle, nor is the clutch and tranny. i am putting it up for sale sometime this month on eBAY to fund my new project car. the engine has 60,500 miles on it, the wagon has 85,700 miles on it.

i was gonna say...

if you've got the turbo motor (low comp pistons) in your car with out the turbo, power would suck...

sounds like a good piece to build a project motor out of though...
