dude its gonna be hard, but it can be done. i've talked to a ref before and he told me the same thing. if your gonna do the b16 everything that has to do with smog has to be changed over to your car, from whatever year delsol the engine is from. then you have to take it in so they can look at it and get u a bar. it is a hassel. also try taking to some dudes that dont really know hondas and if emissions passes they probley wont even know thats a swap,
