Hears what some one told me about modding their are two things you want to do when modding

1. Get air into the engine as fast and as efficiently as possible
you could do this with a air intakes, supercharger, intercoolers.

2.Get the hot air and used up gases out of the engine as fast and as efficiently as possible. You can do this with turbo's, exhaust systems and such.

If you would like more info check out some web sites like superstreetonline.com or importtuner.com or this on would have alot on VW eurotuner.com

Hope I helped dont let these guys scare you and your friend away everyone heres pretty cool even flylwsi just think before you post and feel free to PM me with your questions. You should come on over to the street racing forum its in Racing section they know alot about modding.

It's just that it seems like the opposite side of the spectrum. Just a simple question. And that truck is pretty 'orange' if you know what I mean.

depending on which jetta your buying it would probably cheaper to tune a gti because you dont have to upgrade the suspension on the gti or the wheels. for a basic jetta you would need suspension and wheel upgrades...just my thoughts
