New altima's aren't faster than new maxima's. i have a video of a 5 speed 3.5 altima and a 6 speed maxima racing. it's taken from inside the altima and the maxima pulled so far ahead the passenger asked if the driver missed a gear.

i don't understand why people think a lesser model will beat an upper model. especially from the same car company in the same generation
