Hono,
You can actually find these kits on Ebay at decent prices. I managed to get both of these for under $30 if I remember correctly, which is a bargain considering the size and detail of these kits. The 427 in this kit is a great replica itself.

The Red one!! What kind of primer did you use? That finish is sooo shiny. I might try these paints on my next car.

Ok, here is the update. I am working on the RED car first (there you go, guys ). So far, I have rubbed out the finish and it looks pretty deep. I spent the last two nights foiling around the windows trying to get it just right. So far, I am really pleased with the results. The engine block is assembled and painted though without all the accessories and manifolds. I am going to rub that out shortly. All engine peices are painted, as well as the chasis. So all that is left is the suspension and interior, and of course assembly. I am really anxious to get this done, and I`ll post pictures as soon as I can.

They look awesome Hawk, I would of voted to see the yellow one done first if I was on AF when you made this thread. I was going to but that 1/12 57 Belair you mentioned, it was only $60 AUSD I had the money but I wanted my Roadrunner and my Superbird, so I didn't get it. They both will look great when done, I probably won't be on AF when you finish them either Well I'll track them down somehow.

Where are you going? It was cool to have someone else here who shared interest in muscle cars.

I'm just at my dads, I won't be leaving AF for awhile yet. Dad has no interent but has a computer, thats where I scan my model pics, do my models etc. I finished my Roadrunner a couple days ago, started on the El Camino that Antonio sent me & I've done 60% of the Superbird. Nearly finished my redone 67 Mustang & I've got many ideas for my next batch of models (9 of them) that I will get sometime next month.
