That is nice!

We never really have good drag events around here. Everytime I went something went wrong. I hope this summer is better, plus now I have a digital camera and I can take some pics of the stuff running. Perhaps my GTC project will be ready to run by then.

I got a couple, one of you on the strip.
But for some reason I can get to the upload page.
The server has done the same thing the PH one did, and is not allowing us Kiwis to get to it trough www.automotiveforums.com Im only in through a google search and the URL http://139.81.142.25/vbulletin/

I also have no email either. Damn US servers!

Anyway its shame there are no pics of my car on the track.
I had 4 really good races with a guy from Club lotus in his heavily worked Triumph Dolomite Sprint Race car. He has about 170hp, and is RWD. (its also lightened, cage etc etc etc)
I beat him in every race, (I think he let me win at least once) but they were all very close finnishs, like never more than 1/2 a car length.

If there are any real SiR nutters out there, theres link in my sig to more pics of the Shopping Cart.

Vince I would love to get down for an SDU day, but I would want to make any of the lesser Skyline owners feel any more insecure, however if I do go Ill put my old tires on first and launch at 6-7 where it should be. That should get me into the low 15s. (with practice)

However my next outing will be at Taupo with the Elise's etc. Thats much more fun, especialy watching the Elise's spin out.
If I dont break anything then another trip to the strip would be fun.

For about 3 hours I was copying and pasting links with 'http://www.automotiveforums.com' and replacing that with 'http://139.81.142.25'. lol. Back to normal soon - worth it for a new server!

Not till the end of the month for me mate.
Advantage of living with sisters, they get it at the same time, and me and my other flat mate get 3 weeks of peace.
