oh yah, HID's cost about $1k where a piaa bulb costs $70 a pair. hehehe.

Real HID's use Xenon gas in them, which really helps. But they are expensive, but are getting cheaper every day.

where can i get an upgraded wiring harness for my fogs (H3)?? I melted my wires too

I had the same problem I purchased 130w bulbs from someone on this forum and a month late the harness melted. I went to pep boys and purchased two head light replacement harnesses and have not had that problme since.
cost about $5 per side. later.
