the only thing is with the boxster, it's not a real sports car. U don't get the same adrenalin rush as when u floor it out of a Mobil station on the highway and keep accelerating antil u reach 120mph

Its just that the Z4 and the Boxter are such different cars, for completely different people. The person that likes classic sports cars would probably get the Porsche, but a ...lets say proffessional designer or someone that likes modern art and is not into car culture, would probably get the Z4.

Between the Boxster, the Z4 and the 350Z, which apears to be more reminiscent of its ancestors?

i like the Z4 also, and the 350Z isn't even a consideration anymore. Another car that i might take a look at is a used NSX

Re: Z4, 350Z, or Porsche Boxter?

Of the three, the Boxster is the best car if you go for the 3.2...although the Z4 is fresh and seems to be in fashion right now, I think it suits girls a bit more. The 350Z is growing on me but as a brand 'Nissan' doesn't carries zero prestige. I was faced with this decision some time ago and I went for the Boxster S. Also worth thinking about if you’re in the market for a roadster is TVR’s ‘baby’ roadster, the Tamora. It’s got 350bhm and 290 lb/ft of torque and it only weights 1060 kg. This would eat the Boxter S. It’s an amazing car with a really cool interior but unfortunately for me its made in England and in the country I stay we have no dealership. That means I have no after sales support. And even though the Boxster and TVR are the same price, no prices for which has the better build quality. I think TVR is trying to enter the American market soon in force along with Lotus (making another excellent little roadster the Elise).

So spoiled for choice really but for me it comes down to the boxster S…with some extras…can someone explain to me why I can’t post attachments? I have some pictures of the cars in our garage and I wanna big up a little bit but I can’t.

I personally prefer the prestige and the looks of the new boxster, but if I had to choose between a used boxter, a 350z or az4, i would choose the 350z, I think the z4 looks awful.

Re: Z4, 350Z, or Porsche Boxter?

Lowride, they just did a Z4 vs. Box s vs. 350z vs. TT comparo in Moter Trend a few mo back. Guess who won? The Boxy S. I think you should check it out.

Re: Z4, 350Z, or Porsche Boxter?

Hey guys I am looking at buying a boxter and I am debating about a 1998 with 36 kM and a 2001 with 68KM. What do you think. Cars both are in good shape?
