I wanna see this thing done!
Heck no! I have NO IDEA what the engine looks like so I'm treating it as a curbside.
Thanks,

I was about to say the same thing but your obviously aware of it.

I think your work to it thus far is outstanding and a real inspiration to get mine done. Keep it up!

Thumbs up

I have the Scale Production F50GT1 resin transkit which is nice. He overlooked the same detail that you did, or at least from your recent picture. The black beltline is suppose to continue through the front fender flare. You are doing a great job so far on an awesome car!

Smile F50 Rockin GT1

This is the Scale Production transkit in it's out of the box form. A decent kit made for the Tamiya F50. The rear engine cover has to be cut open, if one so chooses. Museum Collection made one also(for Tamiya F50) with engine cover seperate and probably a better transkit all around, both are sold out unfortunately. Maybe they will be reissued someday.

I don't have the one by Museum Collection, perhaps someone else on AF does and can show us more pics.

Re: F50 Rockin GT1

Thanks for those pics. I saw the Museum Collection one a short while back but i was completely unaware that there was this version too. Looks like a well produced kit, I wonder if they were both limited runs so as not to get into any problems with licensing laws etc. I was once told that it is fine to produce no more than 250 pieces.
