Ummm.......and who the f*ck are you?

Do you know anything about show cars, symmetry, or style?

How on earth is this disgracing my Honda? I'm improving on what the Japanese failed to do.

Yeah you don’t have to take off all your badges or have clear tail lights or have m3 mirrors and z3 fenders to win them... Seems to me like you’re a bit of a hypocrite, hating “ricers” yet you fit in perfect with them.

Oh and on a second note I never said you where disgracing your Honda, I said it seems like your disgraced to OWN one because you are taking off every badge that has to do with the name. Oh and by putting all that beamer jewelry (z3 fender & m3 mirrors) on your car makes it seem like you really wanted a beamer.

Oh and this?

They failed to take off all there badges and emblems? Ha, guess you better send a memo out to all the car makers telling them “badges and emblems make there cars less stylish and appealing”.

Oh and style? Having trendy ass clear tail lights is not style.

Um yea.........and the tails are going to be gone anyways. I'm selling them to this girl at the college. Then I'm getting black ones.

I love my honda. I would not have bought one if I didn't love it.

Again and again we go over this idea of RICER with newbies who don't know what the definition of one is. Big difference between show car and rice car.

You obviously know nothing about shows and probably have never been to one. These are all standard items in shows. Soon I will have shaved handles and a custom shaved trunk also.

So now you’re making assumptions on how many posts I have made? Defining me as a newbie because I have life away from the computer and don’t post 100’s of post? And yes I have been to plenty car shows, and have seen plenty of cars win with out the lame trendy tail lights, shaved door handles, shaved door trunk’s, plastic housing for there speaks and lame ass paint schemes with 10lbs of vinyl. As for what is rice, 90% of show cars resemble rice. I’m sure you heard of the saying “All show no go”? Having a car that makes you look fast and furious doesn’t make you fast. If you spent all that money you’re spending to make your car SHOW quality on the engine you would be fast. As for have basic upgrades like I.H.E (Intake, Header, and Exhaust) those don’t make you fast. Sure those mods add some HP but not enough to consider your self fast.

Wouldn’t that defeat the purpose of the show? Having something unique and different then the other cars? There is no standard in car shows.

So by your definition of a show. If someone wanted to win they should enter in a stock car.

You need to learn about 7th generation civics. Because of the engine in them they are very tough to make turbo and superchargers for.

I just got news that next winter Rev Hard will release its turbo kit that will produce 205 hp to the wheels. That's probably 8 lbs. of boost.

I love how you see that I have Z3 fenders on my list of mods but happen to overlook the exhaust and header system.

A venom nitrous kit is also what I'm looking at getting.

I don't have a sponsor and billions of dollars to pump into this operation. I am trying to do show and go at the same time.

If I wanted all GO for my car I would have kept the Trans Am that I used to have. I like what Honda brings to the table and I like the challenge of upgrading it.

while the noob is tactless and belligerent, i think he has a somewhat valid point. not about being ashamed of owning a honda, but about the mods. Altezzas, no matter what color, are played out. Why try to be different by doing what everybody else does?

I hate the stock tails. Euro is my only way right now. Yes, I realize that everyone has them.

The black ones will look a ton better. SHort of tail conversion there really is no other option.

Maybe JDM? What would ya'll think of those?

As for over looking, you over looked the comment I made on I.H.E. As for turbos, ever heard of do it you’re self? Why wait for some stupid over priced kit to come out? There’s a thing called an engine swap as well as many internal engine parts to be replaced and plenty of room for boring and you might want to think of putting some iron sleeves in so you don’t crack your block from detonation when you throw your all mighty nitrous kit in (depending on the shot your going to throw at it).

My definition of a show car is not a stock car, no where did I even state my definition of a show car, so I don’t know where you pulling that comment from.

Anyways good luck on building your show/race car hope it all works out for you.

JDM is always a good option. I on the other hand, am professed to having a set of GenIII Altezzas on my car myself, though I hate them. It was on the car when I bought it. What I did was I purchased a can of taillight paint(yes, they have those) in red, and painted the taillights. I get a lot of compliments for it, since it is a unique all-red(for Honda) taillight with round lights when lit up. Don't put too many coats on though, because it'll make your brake-lights too hard to see during the day.
