Re: Ferrari Superamerica Fujimi vs Revell

I'm working on the Revell one right now and I wish I wasn't. Now this could be just my kit, but everything of any importance is warped (body, bonnet, roof, chassis) and you're really something special if you can make the bonnet opennable AND fitting properly. I wasn't able to, so I glued it on. The headligths are thougth out better than Fujimi in theory, but in practice they look very bad unless you redo them. The wheels look good when dechromed, but perhaps slightly oversized and the tyres are too narrow to my eye. The thing that frustrates me most, though, is the windshield pillar - it's twisted in my kit and the roof just wouldn't fit well enough. All in all, my personal opinion is that in this case Fujimi take it, at least judging by their berlinetta maranello kits.

You don't need instructions Michal
Did you get the 599 also?
