Re: Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R Nismo Z-tune

Nobody wants to reply???

Allright.... Today I polished the whole body and waxed it with some carwax.

I also installed the headlight units and the mirrors in the sidemirrors.

I made the backlights and I really love them. No painting just glue it together because Aoshima gaved me red and orange clearparts

Look!

Yes.... this was just a dryfit so the frontbumper was added to the body with some tape.

Re: Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R Nismo Z-tune

I did some work last days on the Z-tune....

I always hate it to paint the windowtrims but is must be done so I spent some time on it. I'm glad about the results! Just a few small places that need some black paint again.

I also painted the headlights. They had to be a bit darker inside so I painted some places black.

and a teaser

Now I'll paint the windowtrims on the windowparts. I saw a few months ago some templates for masking the windowtrims. Does anyone know where I can find these templates?

I have this kit too - so I'll be following this build. Looks great so far.

For the window masks, try this.... http://www.spc.org.uk/downloads/aosh...ndow_masks.pdf

Re: Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R Nismo Z-tune

The Aoshima version doesn't offer an engine. You have to glue the hood shut, unless you custom make one.

adding an engine to that beauty would have def. made its beauty go to 150% from 100%.

Thanks mate! This is what I searched for

No there's no engine in this kit. I also have no engine or something to put into the skyline. In The Netherlands you can't buy Aoshima also...

Re: Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R Nismo Z-tune

It took a while but I spended some time last days to work on the Z-tune.

I finished the chassis.

Just painted some parts and installed them nothing special, just basic and clean
