hmm I guess you could...i wouldnt know going about how to do it...cuz all that stuff it hookeup via wire harness...soo youd have to find the correct wires in the trunk where the amps are...if you can do it that way make sure you arent cuttin out any wattage that you might have wanted to keep. The reason I didnt go that route that if for any reason I need to go back to stock...its all set...

You could run some speakers straight off the back of a aftermarket deck and skip the stock amps. But I don't really see the reason behind buying a nice deck and have the rest of your system perform mediocre. I know your on a budget, but in all honesty, I'm probably on the bigger budget than anybody. It's just that waited a little longer. With the help of income taxes, two extra pay checks a year (you know, the whole bi-weekly thing), and saving a little here and there I was able to get the system I wanted. It took a lot of self-discipline to not touch that money for awhile, but the sacrifice was well worth it. By all means, if you plan on adding on to your system in the near future, than I'd say hook up your speakers to the back off your deck, but think of it as a stepping stone for things to come and not a permanent fix......trust me.

Yea, for some people its hard to wait with money *cough*

Umm...well theres nothing wrong in just buying the headunit that you want...and hooking it up to stock speakers. Then, when you want to upgrade, just buy the amps and cables and do the rest...
