Napa Cruise Night

I was thinking of starting a new thread on this but it would kind of be a waste so I will post it in here. I didnt even know this but tonight was cruise night so as I went home from a friends house I stopped by the In-N-out and there were hella cars, and i mean hella. Was there for about an hr when the cops shut it down. And then I had to show ID just to get back into my own neighborhood cause it is close to the main cruise road (jefferson)

I still dunno how come the cops shut down in-n-out cause it isnt like we were being unruly or anything, it was basically a bunch of imports and low rider people chilling in the parking lot.

What was funny is when the motorcycle cops were rolling in one of em took a turn too fast and dumped the bike. We were all laughing our asses off.

He's not a moderator.

Instead of whining about how there aren't any tracks to race on, how about a bunch of the racers save their modding $$ for a month, pool the $$ and buy some property? If it's private property and 'at your own risk' it's legal to the best of my knowledge. Better yet, start charging admission to racers. Don't tell me y'all can't afford property either. I know it's the bay area, but some of these people are spending $50,000 over a year to mod their cars. Get 50 people to contribute $5000, and you have property for a track. I'm serious. If you saved the money you spend on illegal racing tickets and citations every year you could start your own track and probably start turning a profit.

The American Way used to be entrepreneurialism, now it is whining.

Yea, he was, but AF must have stripped him of that status because he was editing peoples posts without probable cause

Nah, I dont think its gonna work. Too many red tape in setting up a private drag strip, especially with insurance cost, we'll be bankrupt soon..But maybe if the City buys the property with tax dollars (since a lot of taxpayers are complaining about safety and stuff) then they can make the profit instead. Its like putting up a drug rehab but in this case its a DRAG rehab...local cities put up 1 track and before you know it, we can have inter-city drag racing...offer driving classes to minors and tips on mainting your car, wearing seatbelts, more like a glorified driver's ed. Local schools can send their students too. How's that for a proposal? If we can only put it on paper and send it to local legislators...where do we start?:flash:

Ok, thats a way better idea. Most towns waste our tax dollars on hopeless shit like the homeless which in most cases are a lost cause.
