.

Isn't it Hyundai the company that is going to start selling parts(performance?) over the counter?

hahaha, wow, you really like to bash domestics without shit for knowlage hu? (is offically pissed at you bashing the zx2 and other domestics way too much)

Accent GS Adds:
1.6-Liter, 105 Hp. DOHC
5-Speed Manual Transmission

Escort Zx2
Engine 2.0L DOHC 16V Zetec I-4
Horsepower @ rpm 130 @ 5750
Torque (lb.-ft. @ rpm) 127 @ 4250

hyundai dosent even give at what rpm it hits that mighty 105, or what torque it makes. My moms geo, with the 1.2 producing 105 could clown on this car...why you might ask, because my moms geo is lighter. A GEO PRISIM can clown on the Accent, so dont go bashing a Zx2 with a hyundai....

for that matter, hyundai's are known for having horrable engines which are 50k wonders, after 50,000 they seem to turn to dust.

You could have at least said an NSX, I woulda laughed because I can see some punk ass trying to beat an NSX with his Zx2. But a hyundai?....not even a tiburon....
Off-topic but:

It's so nice to see another ZX2 lover on a car forum...

Man, I love my car....

I wish we had 98 Octane here...

As for a higher octane not helping, it keeps my car running at it's best. I put regular in my SS once, and it idle or run well at all. Maybe it was bad gas or something like that, but it's never done that on 92 or 93 octane...

Exactly, I said that... the higher performance cars need the higher grades... but cars such as the Civic dont cause they're designed to run off the lower grades. Unless you change the pistons and the head.... then you'd probably want to switch to the higher grades.

My bad, I thought you were referring to high performance cars like Ferrari's and Porsches.

Gotcha now

Cry me a river...here, we have 85, 88, and 91...my "mid-grade" car runs on premium. I'd be happy if they started selling 93 again.

St. Louis has the 93. Kansas City has 91. Only the Amoco stations in Kansas City have 92. It took me a while to find them but I know where they are:smoker2:

I am not sure what model of Ferrari it was but it was one from the 80s. This person had defaced one of the best pieces of machinery on wheels. It pissed me off, and then someone said could it be a kit car? I looked the car over and said that if it was it had to have cost the same because it is perfect in every detail. We concluded that this was the real thing, but who in their right mind would do such a horrible thing to such a beautiful car?

Have any of you seen the most vile of mods, defacement?
Yeah, man, I hear you on the Jordan Commons. Originally from Orem, and God knows I've seen all sorts of horrible things done to cars. I find that the farther south you go down I-15, then worse and worse things get... I'm waiting for a bulitt with the shopping cart/lawnmower spoiler and the 'H' sticker in the back window come through St. George. Heh, it's gotten bad enough that I've seen stangs there with the white out break lights, not even the custom stang whites, just regular ol' honda ones... what is the world coming to?
