In the last day on my job, I made a cowlstand.
'Cause i don't want to put the cowl on the bike and otherwise it isn't to display.

The stand is made of a small metal plate ( 6mm thick, +/- 15 cm long and 4 cm wide ) on the plate is a bend rod od round 6 mm welded and used the end rods of blindrivets( i think thats the word ) for the crosssections.




So now the cowl can be sanded and sprayed in the colors and be displayed beside the bike nicely.

After i recieved the new decals( thanx Again ) I sanded the seatcover and painted it again.
I must say the seatcover looks better this time.
The clearpaint is done with testors/modelmasters glossclear and not motip carpaint.




The tank is done also. The red part has to be sanded with sandingpaper1200, because i let it fell on my working bench .

Also the cowl is waiting for it's second layer of white paint, so i hope to put a new update very soon.

At last here is a little update.
The cowl is painted and drying. When it's dry i can put on the rest of the decals.
Untill now i'm very happy with the results of this bike.

After the decals are done i can paint the layers of clearcoat.( no carpaint this time but good old testors/ modelmasters clear ).
