yeah... mine definately doesnt have that... unless its on the right or left side now... i'll try removing the whole ecu and checking it out

Apologies if you already know this.

On a UK Primera GT You can clear any fault codes from memory by bridging contacts on the Consult connector block located by the fuses. See attached image.

My Haynes manual says thats how you reset the ECU.

Turn the ignition on but don't start the engine. Bridge and hold for 2 seconds to report engine error codes as a series of flashes of the engine warning light. Release and bridge again to reset the ECU back to normal mode and clear its memory and any fault codes.

The contacts are the Ignition contact and the Check contact.

I think my Consult connector is different...

Its also in a little different place...


I'm gonna go snap a pic to compare (about to go melt actually as its been about 105*F here for 3 days)

ok.. best one I got...

the Consult connecter is a little off to the right from the fuse box and a little lower...

the connector is different... also theres only a few pins that actually have wires to them.. maybe 4 or 5...

maybe a FSM for my car will tell me which pins are which wires...

Future mods: dressup wheels with Potenza S03 225/45/17 tires, TurboXS UTec, maybe an uppipe. by then, it'll be fast enough.

yeah, just like the MAF, they screwed the ECU as well. well, i know that i can reset the ecu using that procedure, not much i can say for the newer models then huh? LOL
