Maybe one of these days you can get to El Paso. The difference between El Paso and San Antonio is we have the real thing South of us......Mexico, actually right across the border. We get a lot of Canadian snowbirders from here all the way to Arizona and California. Can't miss that Maple Leaf decal.

Plus we have one of the largest, either number one or two, Harley dealerships in the US run by Sherman Barnett (Barnett Harley Davidson).

I've been to Arizona,man it was hot I think my shoes were melting.

Riding weather is really good around here unless the dust is blowing. I wouldn't mind riding with you as long as you don't mind having a Japanese sport bike on your side (Suzuki GXR-1000). My son won't need it for a while since he is being shipped off to Korea for a year.

Any Harley guy that has a problem riding next to a Jap bike better inspect his bike closely. Other than the frame and engine, most everything on a Harley is made overseas (ignition, rims, starter, alternator, seat, etc etc etc..... all Japanese), they're just assembled in the USA.

Thats some rough riding. Normally you need a 4 stroke thumper. The one I keep track of other than the national moto and supercross races is the Tecate Baja 1000. That would be a great race to see. Two Honda XR650 dirt bikes took first and second this past November beating out all the 4 wheelers. A lot of street bikers attend the race. Good food, beer and women.

Sounds like she got a great deal on the GTX anyways. It makes you wonder how much females get ripped off on auto repairs. But it is the other way around when you want something from them and then you wind up getting ripped off.

i see you guys have been talking about Texas in this topic, I was in Dallas on New Years(flew out for the Cotton Bowl, Roll Tide!!!) and it was great...

Me and my brother went and had a blast...

Texas is one of those places I like to visit but wouldn't want to live there...

Happy Friday guys.
Just a reminder to everybody to keep you security programs up to date.
I spent the hole day yesterday trying to clean one of these rootkit worms from one of our PCs.
its was called Spyware.Apropos.C now I've found it on two other machines.
I've never had so much trouble with any kind of bug before.
The scary part is it puts an installer program deep in the system driver directories so when you think your cleaning the bug from your system it actually leaves the installer
so when you reboot it installs its self all over again.
I was able to remove it but not with out damaging some system files so now I have to boot the thing three or four times before Windose fires up.
So be care full out there in cyber land.

Yeah it is a real bummer Wylie. It is a shame when you have to run two antivirus programs and at least two anti-spyware and keep them up to date to detect the buggers. But all it takes is one to get through.

For Windows XP and 2000 systems that "system restore" function really comes in handy. You can go back in time to a date before the virus/worm/trojan horse kicked off. It works most of the time but not always.

This has bin a hell week for me I think I need a holiday.
sys restore didn't work in this case.
And our mail server is very secure, the research did yesterday and still doing today it looks like this thing comes from just hitting an infected web site.
its probably these guys a work looking at naked people.
The minds that write this stuff I'll never understand.
Smart enough to write a bug like this but not smart enough not to do it.
