here what i think. since the b18b already put out 140 hp, and you only wanna go to 250. then i say get a 125 shot of nos. its so much better than a turbo because its not in use all the time so your not wearing your motor as much. as oppose to the turbo on all the time and the wear is consistent. so if you nos it, that 265 hp, then about 240 hp to the wheels then with the bolt ons then that will bring you up to 250 whp. let me tell you this, if i only wanted 250 hp or smaller then i would go nos. but since i want some massive hp, i am going turbo.
